What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete Checkout & Fulfilment domain within our digital platform. Your focus is on making it as easy as possible for customers to buy, receive and manage their orders. Together with development teams and business stakeholders, you will continuously improve the customer experience while contributing to the digital growth ambitions of Praxis and Brico.

Your domain covers the completecustomer journey from basket to checkout, payments, delivery, Click & Collect, order tracking, returns and marketplace fulfilment. Every day, you will balance customer needs, business priorities and technical possibilities to deliver the best possible experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the customer journey through customer insights, analytics, stakeholder input and market developments.
  • Developing and maintaining a clear product vision for the Checkout & Fulfilment domain.
  • Creating and driving the roadmap for your product area.
  • Setting goals and priorities through OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Customer Service, Commerce, Supply Chain and Digital to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Translating priorities into actionable work for development teams through backlog management and refinement sessions.
  • Working closely with development teams to continuously improve our digital products and ways of working.
  • Monitoring performance, customer behaviour and business results to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Aligning initiatives across multiple teams and ensuring focus on delivering customer value.

Within your domain, you will be responsible for:

  • Basket, checkout and online payments.
  • Delivery and Click & Collect journeys.
  • Product availability during the shopping experience.
  • Order tracking and self-service functionality.
  • Returns and cancellations.
  • Marketplace fulfilment experiences.

Who are you?

You have a clear vision on how digital products can improve both customer experience and commercial performance. You are able to connect people, align different stakeholders and create momentum around your product vision. At the same time, you are hands-on, data-driven and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You are a natural collaborator who enjoys working with different disciplines and knows how to translate customer needs into valuable digital solutions.

Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role within e-commerce or digital product development.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and multidisciplinary product teams.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, digital commerce and omnichannel retailing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, priorities and business cases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to balance customer value, business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent command of the English language. Dutch is considered a plus.

Where will you be working?

As a Product Manager / Product Owner, you will be part of the Maxeda Digital Product Team. This team consists of Product Managers  Product Owners, UX specialists, developers, architects and Agile professionals who work together to improve the digital customer journey across Praxis and Brico.

Within Digital Product environment, multidisciplinary teams work end-to-end on innovations and improvements that make shopping easier, more convenient and more enjoyable for our customers every day.

In this role, you will take ownership of one of the most important domains within our e-commerce platform and contribute directly to our omnichannel strategy and future digital growth. You will report to the Head of Product.
